  • Week 5: Self-Awareness: the importance of ‘Emotional Intelligence’ and having a leadership philosophy
  • Week 6: Self-Talk: Becoming an invitational leader: bringing out the best in yourself
  • Week 7: Self Mastery: Becoming an invitational leader: inviting out the best in others

    Week 8: Final Assessment: Personal Leadership Development Plan

Through diverse learning activities, you will:

  • Explore practical case studies

  • Practise interpersonal skills in small groups under the guidance of experienced coaches
